I went on the S. Beach program 01/06/07, by August I lost 45 Lbs. 5 years later, I have gained 12 back. Should I start from phase 1? Oh, and injured my Achilles tendon last May and haven't been as active. Just started getting around last September. Suggestions?

Aren't we supposed to go back to phase one until the weight is gone? I can't remember what the book said for sure, but that's what I'd do. Do the two weeks on phase one and see how much of the 12 can be taken back off. Seems reasonable!
