are there any high blood meds that don't inhibit renal potassium excretions, besides some diuretics ??

Yes, there are many such blood pressure medications like beta blockers, ACE inhibitors, and other new generation BP medications. Please consult your PCP about them. Please do not self-medicate. Hope this helps. Take care!
