dystolic most times moves


My dystolic most times moves from 89 to 100 sometimes its stay at 83 but my systolic its at 140 to 148 i only some time feel pain in my nerves at d back of my neck and waist pain pls advice i have on drug by my doctor Amodopine

I appreciate your concern

A single reading pattern should not be used to determine the BP. Diastolic BP of 100 is high and needs to be controlled if its persistently in the range that you described. 24 hour ambulatory BP monitoring would give compelling evidence in this regard and make it easier for deciding the antihypertensive therapy.
