Hi and welcome to the forum! I am glad to help you.

You like to know whether your baby may have a cold.

Sometimes colds in babies may cause infection on their lungs due to infect and the mucus from the nose reach to the baby’s lungs rather often and fast. Usually the disease in the lungs is presented like bronchitis. Often colds with bronchitis may cause bronchiectasis (widening of the end of the bronchial small tubes). This makes the child prone to lung infections later in life.

Given the symptoms of coughing, sneezing and runny nose, it is likely that your baby is experiencing cold with some complications like bronchitis. You may consider seeing pediatrician to rule out bronchitis or to learn more about treatment option.

Please keep in mind that I am trying to provide you with medical information here. I am not able to give you medical advice online. Please contact your doctor or a qualified healthcare provider such as pediatrician for further advice, diagnosis and treatment options.
