already cutting down on salt, what can be done to lower BP?

Patient is 65 years old female.
known illness includes diabetes, hypertension, arthritis, and High cholesterol levels.

list of medicines she's taking:
Lostran Potassium 50 mg, one tablet in the morning before breakfast
Concor 5 mg, one tablet in the evening after dinner
2 types of insulin, long lasting (30 unit before dinner) and rapid (35 unit combined before meals).
Glucophage XR 750 mg, one tablet in the morning after breakfast
Dorofen, one table in the morning.
vasta 10 mg, one tablet in the morning after breakfast
Mixavit, one tablet in the morning after breakfast.
Asprin 81 mg, one tablet in the evening after dinner.

blood pressure average to about 150/80, peaks late on the afternoon and early hours of morning before taking Losartan to about 190/90

symptoms she feels when the BP gets high includes, feeling weak and numbness in the legs feeling fatigue, pain in the lower back, feel hot on the top of the head.

She's already cutting down on salt, what can be done to lower BP?

Your concern is appreciated
For controlling the bp regular intake of the medicine is necessary if the current medication is not able to control the bp it can be changed or dose can be increased. Salt intake should be reduced and can be helpful abit but medication should be taken and not to be missed.
